To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in (or accompanied by) the original packaging and swing tags.

Generally we do not require a receipt to complete an exchange however if you wish to make a return for a refund proof of purchase must be provided.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned outside of the specified days since delivery
