Returns Our policy for refunds lasts 30 days, and exchanges lasts 90 days. Once the time for your return type has elapsed since the day of your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in (or accompanied by) the original packaging.
Generally we do not require a receipt to complete an exchange however if you wish to make a return for a refund proof of purchase must be provided
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned outside of the specified days since delivery
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable) We will exchange items if they are defective, damaged or an incorrect size. If you need an exchange, send us an email first at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping costs in regards to refunds will be your responsibility.
Shipping costs in regards to exchanges will be your responsibility however we will ship the exchange back to you free of charge.
Shipping costs in regards to an error made by us will be our responsibility and reimbursement will be provided for return shipping costs you may incur.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping & Handling (within Australia & New Zealand only) Delivery. Subject to the following limitations and exclusions, merchandise is delivered to our customers in Australia within 3-5 business days after the shipment date. Most orders for in-stock merchandise received by 12:00 noon on a business day are shipped on the day received. Delivery times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery. Additional shipping or delivery time may be required for orders involving or containing alterations, gift card; delivery to P.O. Boxes; incomplete or incorrect information; denial or delay of payment authorization; or weather or other delays beyond the control of Hughes Clothing Company.
Our postal charge within Australia is $10 and $45 for New Zealand orders.

Understanding The Fit
Classic/Relaxed Fit - Cut broader across the shoulders with generous room through the chest and body. Our Classic Fit appears loose and relaxed allowing for maximum movement. Sleeves are generally looser with this fit.
Regular Fit - Cut broad across the shoulders with extra room through the chest and body. Our Regular Fit appears relaxed allowing for ample movement. Sleeve are generally full but not overly loose with this fit.
Slim/Tapered Fit - Cut with slightly higher armholes making for a close fitting garment throughout the chest and upper body. Our Slim Fit is designed to hug the body allowing minimal movement. Sleeves are generally tapered with this fit.
XB Measurement - The XB Size measurement should be considered at least one size larger than any garment with the XL measurement. For example, if you usually take a 3XL we recommend a 1XB-2XB as the fit is so much larger. Please feel free to call us if you are unsure of what size will fit you best.
